Still, it is tempting to click ‘Add to cart’ and carry on...only to end up hating what you purchased! While we hope this is never the case, we understand it happens and we have got you covered.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the product you have received* or if the products arrived damaged (please inspect immediately upon receipt), we would like to make it right for you before you would need to proceed with a return. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@apleasantthought.com.

A Pleasant Thought accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on any product that has not been opened, used, damaged, burned, or altered (such as surface scraping).

To initiate a return, please email us at support@apleasantthought.com. Please include your name, contact information, and order#, along with your reason for the return. If the item was received damaged, please include photos with your email. We will confirm if your return has been accepted within 24 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: Please note the following when you are ready to proceed with a return:
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; however, we can supply a non-refundable return shipping label at the buyer’s request.
-Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. A copy of your order confirmation must also be included with the return package.
-It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. Please note A Pleasant Thought will not assume responsibility for damaged or lost returns due to improper packing.
-Upon receipt of the return, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
-Once we have confirmed the product was returned in good condition, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued back to the original method of payment.
For hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds for the following items:

-Jewelry: earrings, necklaces, etc.
